Walking routes in Paris
Paris is bigger than it walks. The centre is genuinely compact — the islands, the Latin Quarter and the Right Bank arcades are all within half an hour of each other on foot — while everything people picture as Paris beyond that is a metro ride. Both routes below stay inside the walkable half.
