Old Delhi and Humayun's Tomb in six hours
The Mughal fort and the great mosque, the bazaar between them, then the metro to the tomb that Agra copied.
Old Delhi and New Delhi are two different cities administratively and in every other way, and this route does the old one on foot and takes the metro to the two Mughal monuments in the new. The Chandni Chowk bazaar is intense and the cycle rickshaw through it is not a tourist gimmick but the only practical way down it.
