The mosque and the medina in three hours
The largest mosque in Africa on the Atlantic, the old walled quarter, and the French colonial square.
Casablanca is a working port city rather than a tourist one, and the Hassan II Mosque is the reason to stop: it stands partly over the ocean, holds 105,000 people and is one of the few mosques in Morocco non-Muslims can enter, by guided tour only. Everything else here is a short walk east.
