Best time to visit Berlin

The sweet spot is August, July and June — averages 20°C, 8 rainy days, peak-season crowds and peak prices.

May – September

Continental climate with warm summers (26°C) and cold winters (-1°C). Berlin has more sunshine than most German cities. May-September is genuinely pleasant - long evenings, outdoor culture, and a city that moves outside. Winters are cold and grey but the Christmas markets (December) are excellent, and the city's indoor culture - museums, clubs, galleries - is year-round. August is peak season; June-July offers the best combination of weather and manageable prices.
